Psychotherapist
Looking for a welcoming space to gain coping skills and process your emotions? Wanting to break generational habits? Struggling to love or feel loved as someone who may struggle to open up? Whatever the case, I believe you and your family deserve healthy communication, and I’m here to help. Parenting and growing up are difficult. I take pride in walking through it with you, helping you learn how to carry the weight of it all more easily.
I specialize in treating children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and Autism, as well as folks recovering from disordered eating, and in or allied with the LGBTQ+ community. I want to learn about your struggles, strengths, and successes so I can approach your needs informed with a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic treatments. Specifically, I always work through a trauma-informed and culturally-considerate lens and enjoy using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Available in-person in Evanston and via phone and video call throughout Illinois, you can expect a dynamic balance of support and challenge, validating your experience while helping you learn how to understand others.
I am ready to do the work with you and your supporters. If you are ready for relief and empowerment, book a free consultation with me to see if I’d be a good fit.
